PC Repair and Trouble-Shooting
Is your computer freezing-up or slowing down? Is your hardware giving you trouble or not working? Tell us about your situation and we will provide an estimate. We support Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP.

Most PC repairs can be competed within 1 to 1.5 hours. Even the most damaged/corrupted systems can be backed up and have the Operating System reinstalled within 2.5 hours.

E-mail, Internet and AOL Problems
Need to get online? Can't get your cable-modem or DSL connection working properly?  We can quickly fix most e-mail problems on most messaging systems such as Outlook Express, Outlook, Exchange, AOL etc.  We are experts at fixing all AOL problems.  We can also share your internet connection amongst multiple computers and/or setup a local or wireless network.

E-mail and connection problems can be solved in about 1 hour.

Virus Killing
Is your computer acting funny? Have your friends been receiving funny emails from you?  If you detect or suspect a virus on your computer, please contact us immediately.  Tell us the symptoms and we can tell you the name of the virus you have!  We are experts at killing viruses and protecting your files.

Virus infected systems can be repaired within 1.5 hours in most cases. Even if the system has extensive virus damage/corruption, we can backup the files and the reinstall operating system within 2.5 hours.

Setup A New Computer System
Just leave it in the boxes and call us.  We will completely setup your new computer including your printer, scanner, camera, palm pilot etc. We can also teach you how to use your new equipment. 

We can set-up a new computer in 30 minutes to 1 hour with other peripherals I.e. Printer, scanner etc.

Hardware Installations and Upgrades

Back-up Your Files
You can never be too safe these days.  We can effectively locate all your important files and back them up to tape drives or CDs for you.

• Shop Service in Fort Worth - $65 per hour Call for an appointment
  1/2 hour min, $50 additional for "rush" or "while your wait" Service
• Emergency On-site Response: $115 per hour -Technician on-site within 3 hours!
• Scheduled Full Day (8 hours labor): $540 per day
• Remote Support (Telephone Service): $15 per fifteen (15) minutes.
